Cleveland, April 1 1920 — Reports of disturbances attributed to Shadow Fae have increased markedly throughout the city during the past evening, with residents of both the lakefront wards and inner districts describing unusual manifestations after dusk.

Witnesses speak of fleeting figures observed between gas lamps, accompanied by sudden chills and the extinguishing of light sources without apparent cause. In several instances, household wards were found disturbed, though no lasting damage has yet been reported.

Members of the Arcane Watch have been dispatched in greater number, though officials urge calm and advise citizens to maintain warding sigils and avoid unnecessary travel after nightfall.

Scholars of the Fae Courts suggest the agitation may be seasonal in nature, though others warn it could signal deeper unrest within the Shadow realms. No formal statement has yet been issued by the Wizard Council.

Until such time as clarity is provided, Cleveland’s magical residents are advised to remain vigilant and to report all unusual phenomena to local authorities without delay.
