So for a website or an eCommerce store or a business to function some basic information about customers who purchase things has to be kept, for processing the orders, shipping orders, and filing tax paperwork. Data required by law to keep for the purpose of filling federal, state, and local taxs can not be deleted for 7 years (United States Tax Law). Any data outside of this requirement is rolled out of the system every 30 days automatically. Logs are rolled every 30 days. You may delete your account and personal data at any time (does not include order data).

We use payment processors, and do not store any of your bank account or credit card data on our website or premises. The security of your financial data is in the hands of payment processors Stripe and Paypal, this is good and increases the security of your data by limiting where it resides. Mom and Pop sites like ours are hackable. (reality!) You do not want us hosting your data. Out of respect for your privacy, and your security we roll and drop as much data as possible every 30 days.

We find the concept of selling peoples data to be abhorrent, and do not participate in this type of activity. We do not sell your information to anyone. We limit collection of your data anywhere possible, but we are using 3rd party plugins and WordPress, and google. Some data is collected for the website to function.
