Overview

If you are unsure about purchasing our books and would like an anything goes refund policy please purchase the books from one of the major book sellers like Amazon or Barnes and Noble, etc.

We are a small Mom and Pop, author business, and to keep prices reasonable on paperbacks can not offer you refunds or returns on physical items like signed books.

We do offer fair refunds or replacements on books damaged during shipping and purchase insurance for every package to cover this possibility. Our refund and returns policy is 30 days. As soon as possible after receiving a damaged book please notify us if a package is damaged so we can process the insurance claim with the postal service. Please take a picture of the damaged packaging and the damaged item and email it to us. Please include in the email if you want a replacement sent immediately or if you would like a refund.

What if my book is a misprint?

We do offer refund or replacement for misprints. We do check each book before we sign them to avoid this issue. If on slips through the cracks please contact us. We will correct this.

We will process refund and replacement requests in the order they are received and as quickly as possible, Monday through Friday during normal business hours. We do not process them on weekends as our rural post office has limited hours.

What if the US postal service does not deliver books to my area?

If the post office does not ship to your location and you would like to purchase a book from us, please email us and let us know what postal services are available to your location and we will see if we can work with you on the delivery and cost of shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the the credit card or bank account the purchase was made from. This is controlled by the payment processor and is not something we can change.

Late or missing refunds

Most processors tell us it can take up to 30 days for them and the banks to sync everything up and for the money to be deposited back into your accounts. We do not control this. We check pending refunds on our end on Fridays, to make sure there are no hang ups on our end.

IF it has been MORE than 30 DAYS, and you do not see the deposit in your bank account, or credit card account. Please call your company and inquire if they can see the pending transaction. If they do not see the pending transaction let us know and we can double check with the payment processor directly about your specific refund. Please note that if it has not been MORE than 30 DAYS, they will not help us with your transaction, they will tell us to wait until 30 days has passed.
